The Opportunity:
As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data & BI Team, You will have a pivotal role in the overall performance marketing initiatives. You'll take full ownership of answering the why and the what through data-driven problem solving. If you are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights to solve marketing problems and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the strategic decision for the FIT HUB Marketing Team. You'll have a direct impact on ensuring the business maintains its market leadership in Indonesia.
What You Will Do:
- Handling ad-hoc data requests for marketing needs
- Serving as a strategic advisor, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies and action plans to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive cost savings
- Analyzing customer behavior and segmentation to identify acquisition, retention, and satisfaction opportunities
- Identifying and implementing A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to evaluate the impact of different strategies, and campaigns
- Translating data analysis findings into clear, concise recommendations to drive revenue growth, optimize marketing initiatives, and improve product performance
- Conducting comprehensive data analysis and leveraging advanced statistical methods and analytical tools to uncover actionable insights and trends
Kualifikasi
What We Need:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering
- Have at least 1-2 years of data analytics experience in management/strategic consulting, banking, fintech, e-commerce, and/or start-ups
- Existing business domain knowledge in marketing is preferred
- Strong analytical and data processing skills; capability to work with Advanced SQL for data query/manipulation is mandatory. Familiarity with advanced analytics languages like Python or R will be a huge advantage.
- Good foundation data visualization using tools like Tableau, Metabase, Looker Studio, etc.
- Experience in implementing analytical insights and solving business problems by analytical methods (e.g modelling, visualization, graph analysis) with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, easy-to-understand terms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analysis results to a wide range of audiences, and translate these to actionable business insights
