Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Create database and system activity planning, monitoring and evaluation for all BINUS business unit/division.
• Monitor database system in BINUS units including configuration, security, resource monitoring and reporting, troubleshooting.
• Provide excellent service towards user, in relation to the service request, data and information update in BINUS business unit/ division.
• Apply procedures related to data/information request and database in relation to data authorization, change and withdrawal.
• Monitor data synchronization across database in all BINUS business unit/division
• Ensure all the data complies with legal regulations.
• Maintain the quality of data analyst processes.
• Ensure data security and accuracy in all BINUS business unit/division.
• Identify user need and automated data request service by using reporting application (data access).
• Management Support Activities:
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Kualifikasi
• Min. University student (6th semester) in Computer Science, or other major related to Data Science (e.g., Math, Statistics, Information System)
• Min. 1 - 4 years working experience
• Special Skills/ Certification: Database Management System (DBMS), SQL, Data Visualization, Web Services Administration (system and application)
