Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct complex data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all analytical outputs.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data analysis projects. Collaborate with other departments to define project requirements and scope.
- Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and accessibility of required data.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the data analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights. Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics. Promote a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data analysis and manipulation.
- Strong understanding of statistics, databases, and data analytics methodologies.
- Proven experience in collecting, researching, and developing data-gathering methods to support business needs.
- Proven experience in building and implementing predictive and prescriptive analytics models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to develop insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect business objectives with data-driven solutions.
- Strong logical thinking and attention to detail in analyzing data and identifying trends or patterns.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
