Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Conduct training needs assessments accordingly to identify skill gaps or training requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of learning and quality improvement.
  • Establish and maintain a knowledge management system to facilitate the sharing of best practices, standard operating procedures, and essential information for internal team
  • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, training manuals, and job aids, ensuring content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with learning objectives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, and participant feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Educational Technology, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar software is a plus
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms (e.g., Articulate, Moodle) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for detail.
  • Passionate about creating an impactful learning experience.
