Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct training needs assessments accordingly to identify skill gaps or training requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of learning and quality improvement.
- Establish and maintain a knowledge management system to facilitate the sharing of best practices, standard operating procedures, and essential information for internal team
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, training manuals, and job aids, ensuring content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with learning objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, and participant feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Educational Technology, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar software is a plus
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms (e.g., Articulate, Moodle) is a plus.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for detail.
- Passionate about creating an impactful learning experience.
