Job Summary
Support Learning & Development activities through training administration under the supervision and guidance of the L&D Team.
Job Description
- Manage training administration, including preparing memos, coordinating logistics, compiling training evaluation results, and preparing reports.
- Create online learning content for the SMILE platform under the supervision and guidance of the L&D Team.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements
- An undergraduate student WITH NO ACTIVE CLASSES or fresh graduate with a degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource, Technology, or a related field
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Moodle.
- Familiar with Canva and Articulate Rise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data compilation and reporting.
- Strong willingness to learn and comfortable handling training administration tasks.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Available to join ASAP in September 2026.
- Available to work full-time from office, Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30.
- Available to COMMIT to a minimum 6-MONTH INTERNSHIP.
