Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Remind customers to make a payment before the deadline.
- After the due date, get in touch with consumers who are behind on their payments.
- Contacting consumers directly to increase the efficiency of credit collection
- Assisting consumers with payment services and educating customers on payment services.
- Foster positive customer relationships.
- Call consumers who still owe money each day to provide updates
- Other works assigned by Leader
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least High School in any field
- Good computer abilities (Internet, Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to work shifts in accordance with company demands
- Can work under pressure and meet the company target
- Good Communication Skill
- Able to work in individual and Team as well
- Having Desk Collection Certificate by AFPI or equivalent more preferable (P2P Lending)
- Follow the company rules and order
- Willing to be placed at Juanda, Central Jakarta
