Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Memberikan informasi kepada nasabah & non nasabah mengenai produk dan jasa bank
  • Memberikan layanan kepada nasabah
  • Melakukan customer due diligence (identifikasi dan verifikasi data nasabah)
  • Menangani dan menangani pengaduan yang berhubungan dengan pelanggan
  • Melakukan cross-selling produk perbankan.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 / sedang berkuliah S1
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service di perbankan minimal 2 tahun
  • Mampu bekerja secara tim dan individu
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan menyukai bidang pelayanan.
