- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, SMS Gateway, Chatbot, or any other IT industry, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and managing teams.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data and use it to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take the initiative and drive change.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, and an MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification would be an advantage.
