Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth.
Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Perform monitor and analyze sales pipeline VS closing.
Perform monitor sales achievement based on potential revenue VS current revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities and collaborate with the strategies team to align sales strategies with market insights and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, business & support, to ensure the effective execution of sales strategies.
Manage sales budgets and forecast revenue and expenses accurately.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Keep abreast of industry developments and trends in the Market and leverage this.

4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, SMS Gateway, Chatbot, or any other IT industry, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and managing teams.
2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Deep understanding of the IT industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data and use it to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take the initiative and drive change.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, and an MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification would be an advantage.
