- Research, prospect, and contact potential leads via text, e-mail, and/or cold-call as appropriate
- Set up meetings or calls between client decision makers and company's business development team
- Track and report on sales outreach activity and results
- Develop sales strategies and tactics
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Min. 1 year outbound/hunter sales, lead generation, or sales canvassing experience
- Proven experience in independently sourcing/generating leads from multiple sources
- Familiarity sales qualification frameworks (eg. BANT, ANUM, etc)
- Experience in the SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
- Well-polished professional communication skills via text, email, and calls
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets
- Result-oriented mindset
