- Design training policy, training program and Training Need Analysis.
- Review the syllabus, methods and evaluation of all training programs that will be implemented.
- Deliver training/coaching to employees.
- Provide training report.
- Conduct the training dan manage the training timeline.
- Evaluates and confirms learning objectives through ongoing needs assessments.
- Continually evaluates training programs to measure training effectiveness.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (All Major).
- Have experience in the same field minimum 1 years.
- Understand the Training Need Analysis, Map Competency and Training Module.
- Have the ability as a trainer or have attended training for trainer.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
- Have strong communication and public speaking skill, high motivation, strong personality, initiative, ready for challenge.
- Placement in Bandung Regency - Kopo Katapang.
