Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design training policy, training program and Training Need Analysis.
Review the syllabus, methods and evaluation of all training programs that will be implemented.
Deliver training/coaching to employees.
Provide training report.
Conduct the training dan manage the training timeline.
Evaluates and confirms learning objectives through ongoing needs assessments.
Continually evaluates training programs to measure training effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor Degree (All Major).
Have experience in the same field minimum 1 years.
Understand the Training Need Analysis, Map Competency and Training Module.
Have the ability as a trainer or have attended training for trainer.
Excellent in Microsoft Office.
Have strong communication and public speaking skill, high motivation, strong personality, initiative, ready for challenge.
Placement in Bandung Regency - Kopo Katapang.
