Job Description

Tanggung jawab

  1. Bertanggung jawab atas pengawasan dan pengelolaan tim SA;
  2. Bertanggung jawab atas perekrutan Sales Agent (SA), Merchant Development Officer (MDO) dan Trainer
  3. Bertanggung jawab atas koordinasi, lokasi, pelaksanaan kebijakan, pemeriksaan, pengawasan dan penerapan sistem di berbagai daerah;
  4. Selidiki dan pahami pesanan harian di toko mitra, analisis dan rangkum, serta laporkan kelainan.
  5. Pelatihan dan supervisi SA serta pelatihan toko masing-masing toko koperasi
  6. Strategi menargetkan GMV yang tinggi atas keberhasilan transaksi dan meningkatkan tingkat penjualan toko;

Requirements

Persyaratan:

  1. Harus memiliki pengalaman di industri terkait (Fintech, BNPL, industri e-wallet)
  2. Pengalaman sebagai manajer regional di Indonesia lebih diutamakan
  3. Memahami market trends di bidang Buy Now Pay Later
  4. Fasih berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah, mahir menggunakan software perkantoran Excel, Word, PPT
