Hi, I am Yusri Hartadi, an HR leader with over 20 years of experience across industries such as finance, retail, FMCG, property, manufacturing, and trading. My expertise lies in reducing turnover, boosting productivity, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. I am skilled in driving organizational change, implementing HR Information Systems (HRIS), and fostering a positive corporate culture that promotes employee engagement and growth. I hold a Master’s in Management, specializing in Human Capital – People & Leadership Management from Binus Business School, Jakarta, and am certified in HR Management by BNSP. Additionally, I have completed a Mini MBA from Binus and earned CHRP and AHCA credentials from Atma Jaya University. Currently, I serve as the Country Head of Human Resources at a Korean Financing Company, where I report directly to the CEO. In this role, I develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company’s vision. I am passionate about building high-performing teams, designing talent management programs, and implementing effective performance management systems.
