Yozef Tjandra

Hi, my name is Yozef. I got my bachelor degree from ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung) and my research master degree from Monash University, Australia; both majoring in mathematics. At present, I serve as a university lecturer majoring in IT and Big Data Analytics. I love interacting with young minds to help them discover the potential within themselves by accompanying their journey towards self-exploration. Experiencing opportunity to study and live abroad is certainly a major milestone that heavily shapes my perspective and character maturity. It could be daunting at first to leave our familiar environment in order to mingle with foreign customs and worldviews. Fortunately, it is often not a necessity to play a super-human role who would excell at everything. The struggles would turn into an enjoyable journey when faced together within communities. I myself receive a lot of supports and prayers during my hardest moments, so I hope I could be one also who could pass forward all of these towards younger generations.
