Syintia Bahraini

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Syintia Bahraini. I have graduated from Mercu Buana University with a master's degree in Financial Management (Cum Laude, GPA: 3.98) and Gunadarma University with a bachelor’s degree in General Management (Cum Laude, GPA: 3.72). Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles including as an Assistant Lecturer, Admin, Business Analyst, Lecturer, and HR Generalist. Currently, I work as an Operation & HRGA Manager at VONA.id. I am a hard worker, a fast learner, and can work efficiently both in a team and individually. I possess good analytic thinking skills, excellent presentation skills, and exceptional public speaking skills. I am highly interested in the fields of HR, training, and education. I am passionate about developing and nurturing talent within organizations, designing effective training programs, and contributing to the educational growth of individuals. My background and experience have equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in these areas, and I am eager to leverage my expertise to make a positive impact.
