Syam Hakung

Syam Hakung is a communication and media practitioner who began his journey in television broadcasting in 2019. With an academic background in law from Pamulang University and extensive experience as a news anchor, reporter, and producer, he is recognized for his strong public speaking skills and sharp awareness of social and political issues. Beyond the newsroom, Syam is actively involved in public relations and brand activation. As part of The New You Institute (TNYI), he contributes to community engagement strategies and brand expansion through impactful, human-centered communication. His ability to craft compelling messages, build media relationships, and manage public-facing events positions him as a valuable collaborator in strategic communication initiatives. Syam is also an active speaker and trainer in public speaking, media communication, and Gen Z leadership. He has participated in various national-level competitions, including earning 1st place in the Binus Broadcast Competition 2022. Currently, he serves as Producer and Host at iNews Media Group for Deep Talk With Syam Hakung, where he has interviewed notable figures such as Prilly Latuconsina, Reza Rahadian, Ernest Prakasa, and Cinta Laura. His warm and dynamic approach allows him to deliver insightful and engaging conversations, positioning him as a catalyst for transformation in the modern communication landscape.
