If you can't stand the weariness of knowledge seeking then you must endure the suffering of foolishness - Imam Syafi'i, A moslem scholar from 8th Century While starting career in HR 7 years ago, a hesitation emerge whether this is the right place for me. It didn't take long before it occurs to me that I've been familiar with HR things all along Having intensive organization experience since junior high until college, the occupational world and HR isn't far from a tale of teamwork, understanding each other and giving the best I personally think that my key of adapting lies in the willingness to learn. This ironically settle into me after I graduated from education institution. The willingness to learn is the foundation of sustainable self development. The term "long-life learner" should be kept in mind for everyone regardless of activities and background to keep relevant in a world of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) Then, by developing the right networks among colleagues through social media, I can identify relevant skills needed When boredom comes, piano and books are my place to lean on. Playing songs accompanied by my dancing children is so refreshing for minds and books can always spark wild inspiration The last but not least, what I seek is a place to learn (by doing): giving my best potential, become a trusted whether inside or outside work hours, and expand skill & knowledge to elevate capacity and quenching thirst of knowledge for the soul
