My name is Stone Tarigan, a graduate of Telkom University with a major in Computer Science. I have experience as a Quality Assurance and Technical Support Engineer. As a QA, I have expertise in designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive testing scenarios to ensure software reliability and quality. Additionally, as a Technical Support professional, I am skilled at providing effective technical solutions to customers, utilizing strong communication skills and a high level of empathy. While also attending the Fullstack Data Analyst Bootcamp at RevoU to enhance my understanding of data analysis. I consider myself a fast learner with excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
