Hi, I am Shofie! I currently work at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison as the AVP Performance Management. I started my career as an MT and I have been exposed to several HR fields, including but not limited to People Development, Culture Engagement, Employer Branding, HR Business Partner, and so on. During my university days, I was awarded as The Most Outstanding Student of Padjadjaran University. I love traveling, watching movies, and watching football.
