Hi Dealls team! I’m Shinta, a Digital Product Owner at BFI Finance with over 3 years of experience in product and system analysis. I’ve led the development of various digital products—from Collection Management Systems that optimize agent performance, to Incentive Management Systems that automate and improve reward distribution, and LMS Fund for loan disbursement automation via host-to-host integration. I collaborate closely with business, tech, and operations to deliver scalable, impact-driven solutions. I want to be a mentor because I’ve been where many aspiring product professionals start—navigating ambiguity, balancing stakeholder expectations, and growing from a system analyst into a confident product owner. I bring not just frameworks like RICE or FS/BRD writing, but also the soft skills needed to lead with clarity and empathy. I’m passionate about helping others transition into product roles, especially those from non-tech backgrounds or early in their careers. What sets me apart is that I’m still hands-on with real products, solving real problems daily—so I can offer relevant, grounded guidance. I believe mentorship should be actionable, honest, and encouraging, and that’s exactly what I bring.
