Shanty is a Master of Science graduate equipped with various full-time, part-time, and volunteer experiences. Shanty's past experiences have allowed her to grow a growth mindset, be reliable, resilient, and agile in any setting, perform independently, collaborate as part of a team, and think analytically and creatively. She is constantly looking for challenging escapades to thrive within professional and personal spheres. Shanty is passionate about business and human resource development, creative and digital marketing, and project management and holds a profound interest in social, educational, environmental, and animal welfare issues. She also constantly volunteers in schemes that resonate with her interests and values. After completing her Great Giant Foods training, Shanty is now exploring, learning, and thriving on new grounds with Fortress Data Services as a Business Development & Project Management Officer.
