Setyo Aji Saputra

Setyo started his career in 2012 as an RPO Recruiter. He worked in a Singapore-based HR Consultancy Firm and was assigned as an on-site recruiter in one of their clients, one of the biggest global banks from the UK. He led 2 other junior recruiters in his second year there. In 2014 he moved to a small family business and assumed an HR Generalist role, handling the whole spectrum in HR also office and business operations. Then in 2018, he came back to recruitment again to help to lead the team to hire the first batch of the IT Developer team. He was handling end-to-end recruitment covering the Southeast Asia region under Infobip, a worldwide IT cloud communication provider based in London. Setyo got exposure in tech recruiting since beginning of his career: handling mass hiring for Graduate Program in Standard Chartered Bank, some of the roles were IT roles, helped to establish a startup business in online barbershop services then for e-health mobile apps, and most recent was in IT cloud communication industry.
