Safry Sitorus

I am a fresh graduate in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Universitas Indonesia, where I was honored as the Outstanding Student of the Faculty. I have a strong passion for strategic, analytical, and data-driven decision-making, and I enjoy solving complex problems that sit at the intersection of engineering and business. Throughout my academic journey, I have received over 50 awards in innovation, sustainability, and business case competitions, as well as six prestigious scholarships recognizing my leadership and academic excellence. My hands-on experience spans both technical and non-technical roles, including process engineering at ANTAM (Ferronickel Processing), strategic business development at Astra International-SEVA (Financial Services), and brand strategy and marketing at Hyundai Motors (Automotive Industry). These experiences have allowed me to apply engineering thinking to business challenges—focusing on data analysis, feasibility studies, and performance improvement. I am also passionate about mentoring students and early-career professionals who are preparing for college and their future careers.
