Hi, I’m Rizky - a lead product designer based out of Jakarta. I had an instrumental role at Allo Bank as the UI/UX Manager Lead, I’m in charge of managing the product design for Digital product non-lending and lending division. In this role, I’m not only contribute on design skills but also his leadership abilities. My responsibilities for supervising four members within my team, guiding their work, and fostering a collaborative environment that allows for creativity and innovation. This direct oversight not only ensures that my team's output is of the highest quality, but also aids in the personal and professional growth of my team members. My work is primarily focused on strategic initiatives, requiring to think long-term and anticipate future trends in product design. This involves extensive research, planning, and strategy development to ensure the designs align with the company's goals and the ever-evolving needs of the market.
