Raynard Daniel Finantar

Hi, I am Daniel. I have 10 years of experience in urban development and energy sector as an employee of state-owned enterprise (BUMN). Versed in land administration and project planning. Enthusiastic about urban land development, land conflict, land policy and land governance issues. During the service at Perumnas, I have been assigned to various positions both in headquarters as well as in the project offices, ranging from Staff of Technical Planning (2013-2018), Officer of Land Affairs (2018-2020), Section Head of Production and Land Affairs (2020-2021) to Department Head of Planning and Production (2021-2023). Since 2023, I have been serving PLN Group in the field of Land Acquisition & Building Permit. I completed B.Sc. degree in Engineering from Department of Geodesy, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Upon obtaining the first degree in 2012, I quickly earned the second bachelor's degree in management with specialization in Finance from Universitas Indonesia (UI) in 2015. The latest, I received a master's degree in Land Management and Land Tenure from Technische Universität München (TUM), Germany, funded by LPDP Scholarship. I am currently pursuing the second master's degree in Land Law at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). I envision prosperous, resilient, well-planned, well-governed of human settlements with adequate housing (incl. water and energy supply), infrastructure, and land tenure security. A well-driven and detail-oriented person. Rational and quick-witted.
