Nurkholis Ainunnajib

In his current role as an Educational Designer in Monash University Indonesia, Nurkholis Ainunnajib plays a vital role in supporting academic staff to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences. He offers personalized consultation on pedagogy, assessment, and educational technology optimisation. Through empowerment sessions, including trainings, workshops, and community of practice initiatives, Najib equips academics with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Prior to his tenure in Monash University Indonesia, Najib gained extensive experience in the education sector. He served as a curriculum developer for Program Guru Penggerak, a national initiative aimed at principal candidates under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Previously, Najib also shared practical lessons he gained from his five-year teaching experience to other teachers in remote areas across Indonesia through a series of trainings and mentoring sessions.
