Hi! My name is Nia. I am a Credit Risk Analyst with over 6 years of professional experience in the banking industry, starting my career in business and investment product marketing before transitioning into credit analysis. I began my journey at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) as a Relationship Manager, offering financial solutions including mortgage loans, working capital financing, car loans, investment products (mutual funds, bonds), and more. After three years, I transitioned to the Credit Analyst role, specializing in SME and commercial financing with ticket sizes up to IDR 30 billion. In my current role, I have handled complex credit proposals, reviewed prospective debtors’ financials and business feasibility, and mentored junior analysts. In Q2 alone, I assessed over 50 prospective debtors with a total financing volume of over IDR 80 billion. My background also includes internships at the Directorate General of Taxes and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Sebelas Maret.
