Hi, my name is Nayla Intan Kamilia! My journey into the world of IT began in a rather unexpected place—my studies in biology. As I explored the intricacies of life sciences, I found myself increasingly drawn to the creativity and innovation within technology and design. That spark of curiosity led me to switch gears, and now, I’m an IT Project Manager with a deep passion for product design! For the past two years, I’ve had the pleasure of bringing user-friendly designs to life and managing projects that make a real impact. My focus has always been on creating experiences that truly resonate with users and meet their needs. One of the most rewarding parts of my job has been collaborating with clients to turn their visions into reality. I’ve worked in both waterfall and agile environments, learning so much and growing every step of the way. Now, I’m eager to share my journey as a mentor.
