With nearly three years of experience at Tokopedia, I've had the privilege of spearheading impactful projects across both the Personalization & Recommendation and Payment and Gift Cards teams. In my role as Associate Product Manager, I've been instrumental in enhancing user experience by optimizing product recommendations, reducing duplication, and introducing innovative payment methods such as Bank Jago Debit and GoPay Tabungan. My knack for collaboration has seen me closely work with cross-functional teams, from software engineers, data scientists to business, marketing and legal/compliance team to drive A/B experiments and implement standardized payment APIs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while improving efficiency and user satisfaction. My dedication to innovation and problem-solving has consistently delivered tangible results, from increasing order personalization to streamlining gift card creation and redemption processes. Currently, I am diving into the world of AI, with aspirations to become an AI Product Manager. My passion for continuous learning has led me to explore various AI courses and stay updated on AI trends. I’m particularly interested in leveraging AI to solve user problems and enhance product experiences. My background in software development and machine learning from university has been instrumental in this journey, and I’m excited to bring AI-driven solutions to life in future projects.
