My name is Monika, and I have been working in HR for over eight years. My journey in HR began after I returned from a gap year in social work. I was always interested in understanding human behaviour and knew that HR would be the perfect field for me to use my skills. Over the years, I have worked with a variety of companies, both big and small, and have gained experience in different areas of HR. I have worked in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Each experience has helped me develop a deep understanding of HR best practises and has given me the opportunity to make a positive impact on employees' lives. My goal as an HR professional is to create a positive work environment that supports employees' growth and development while also ensuring the company's success. I believe that a company's success is directly related to the well-being of its employees, and I strive to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. In the future, I hope to continue to grow and develop as an HR professional, staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practises. I also hope to mentor and support other HR professionals, sharing my knowledge and experiences to help them succeed in their careers. Ultimately, my goal is to create a workplace where employees feel content, engaged, and fulfilled and where the company can thrive.
