Hi, my name is Melda and I am currently leading team oh HR in Lemonilo, an Indonesian consumer good company with mission to democratized Indonesian to have options for healthier and affordable daily products. I am leading team for 20 people in HR with another 500 people in coaching-based relationship. As Head of People, I like to call myself as coach / trainer for my team. I have unique background as an HR in which I have background in Education and always put this passion in heart. While wish to contribute in more less institutional place and found HR as both a calling and challenge. Before being an HR, I worked as Training consultant for company like Phillip Morris and QM Finance, involved in CSR team of Adaro Energy, bouncing between position in Hotels in Indonesia like Golden Tulip and Santika as Sales, Secretary and HR Leader. My passion for HR always rooted on understanding that partnering, discussion, agreement and constant alignment is key for successful business achievement and putting HR as the catalyst of the process by programs embeed in Learning / performance / engagement. It can be both fun and meaningful to be the catalyst of change while also delivering direct impact to business.
