Mariany Lidia

Hello, my name is Lidia. I hold a Master of Science in Operation & Performance Management from ITB University and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Tokyo University of Science. With over 7 years of experience at Honda in manufacturing, I developed expertise in financial management and operational efficiency as a Budget Staff. I then spent 7 years at Aeonmall Indonesia, where I led transformative projects, including the shift from manual membership processes to a mobile app-based system, integrating platforms like POS, e-payment, CRM, and digital marketing. Most recently, as a Senior Project Manager at BMG, I led projects focused on operational efficiency, such as developing a workflow system for Kasumi Retail and migrating ERP systems to Odoo. I have been living in Japan for nearly two years, where I’m actively learning Japanese and frequently visit for both business and leisure. I’m excited to connect and share my experiences.
