I am a Talent Consultant at modernvet, a leading veterinary platform that connects pet owners with vet professionals. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung, and I am passionate about helping people and animals. My core competencies include human resources, recruiting, and assessment. In my current role, I work with a diverse and collaborative team to source, attract, and hire the best talent for modernvet. I use my psychology background and skills to conduct behavioral interviews, personality tests, and career counseling for candidates and employees.
