Jessica Ramadhani

I am Jessica Ramadhani, a dedicated professional woman in STEM with a career in Construction and Retail, focusing on Interior, Project Management, and Design. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Malaya and am pursuing my MBA at Institut Teknologi Bandung. With over three years of experience, I’ve built a career rooted in innovation, leadership, honesty, and growth. Starting as a Visual Merchandiser at Sociolla, I developed a passion for marketing through 3D design. At PT Wijaya Karya Tbk, I served as an Architect Design Engineer, leading a team to implement new systems in large-scale construction. Currently, as Store Development at Watsons Indonesia, I manage the construction of new stores, mentor staff, and lead cross-functional teams. I believe mentorship empowers others to navigate career complexities with confidence. My approach focuses on active listening, personalized guidance, and practical problem-solving. I’m eager to share my experiences, particularly in career development, leadership, and being a woman in STEM, to foster a supportive environment for mentees. My goals include advancing into leadership, driving innovation, and starting my own business, with a passion for diversity, inclusion, and sustainable practices.
