I contribute to the development of the product strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on market research and user feedback. I also analyze user data, conduct usability testing, and drive continuous improvement of the product performance and user experience. I have over four years of experience in market research, product research and consulting, working with clients from various industries and sectors (banking, FMCG, etc). I have also mentored 25 students from Kampus Merdeka by Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) in UI/UX design. My passion is to understand the problems of the users, explore potential solutions, and test product features and improvements to find the optimal user experience. I have been experienced in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, such as surveys, interviews, workshops, usability testing, concept testing, competitive analysis, and more.
