Hi! I’m Hermas, a passionate problem-solver with a heart for customer experience and a mind that thrives in the intersection of finance, technology, and design. My journey started with a deep curiosity about how people interact with services and how small design decisions can create big impacts. That curiosity led me through exciting roles in customer experience across various industries—now I’m growing in the world of Sharia banking, currently serving as Senior Manager Customer Experience at Bank Aladin Syariah. Here, I focus on building customer journeys that are not only efficient but also meaningful and empathetic, especially in the digital banking space. Along the way, I picked up a strong interest in user behavior, interfaces, and digital strategy. I believe great design is the bridge between good business and loyal customers. That mindset has shaped the way I lead, mentor, and collaborate—whether it’s launching new features, refining customer service models, or coaching teams to be more human-centered. Outside of work, I’m a big fan of video games—they keep me sharp, creative, and remind me how powerful user experience can be in any context. Games are more than entertainment to me; they’re an endless lesson in engagement, storytelling, and emotional connection. Now, as a Dealls Super Mentor, I’m here to give back.
