In my current role as an Engineering Manager, I specialize in managing both people and products. While I am technically credible and have a deep understanding of the work that my team members do, my primary focus is on creating a positive work environment and safeguarding their work-life balance. I am always looking for ways to improve team productivity and ensure that we meet our product commitments. I also regularly coordinate initiatives across multiple teams, such as Product, DevOps, and Digital Marketing to accomplish collaborative goals. Outside my regular work, I am also an organizer of local tech community called Jogja JS.
