These experiences have shaped my resilience and adaptability, key traits that I bring to my current role as a manager at DT Global, an NGO operating in 92 countries. At 30 years old, I manage over 120 events per month and lead a multi-generational team, striving not just for operational excellence but also for continuous growth and development.
