Emir Hartri Putra

Hi, my name is Emir. I currently working in my company, Impala Network, as the Director of Ecosystem and Operations. My role is responsible for creating the best experience to inspire, educate, and grow local business innovators, and creators in Indonesia. I am really excited to share about business development, program creation, human resource, impact, and sustainability. In the last 5 years, I have been creating more than 100 programs targeted at entrepreneurs, creative makers, young people, students, communities, and governments through co-creation; as we work to shorten the gap between each stakeholder within the ecosystem and engage more collaborations. A constant focus of ours is to help entrepreneurs make a bigger impact in the community and make their businesses more sustainable. I am an active mentor in several entrepreneurship programs and a guest lecturer at a university in Semarang City. I also worked together with universities in Central Java as a consultant for the development of an entrepreneurship ecosystem within their campus. As well as meeting new people, I enjoy getting to know local heroes and communities around Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
