Hi, I'm Dio. I have earned my Bachelor's Degree with Honours in International Affairs from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). During my studies, I have worked with several non-profit industries, focusing on project management and communication strategies for education and youth empowerment campaigns. Later, it has been triggering me to share my experiences and knowledge with others through a mentorship program, like what Dealls is currently having. Yes, I've been passionate about teaching and providing mentorship for others since my college days. Currently, I have 6 years of experience in social media operations (Trust & Safety) with tech companies in Indonesia and Malaysia to ensure that internet users can have safer, yet, more personalized internet experiences according to users’ preference.
