He has extensive senior management experience in people development and has worked across all disciplines and in a wide range of sectors including mass media, manufacturing, food & beverage, hospitality and retail industry. He is currently as a Head of Training Development focusing on helping organisations succeed through effective people strategies. His previous HR positions include being the Head of Human Resources for the any retail industry. With over 17 years experience in business, he has developed particular expertise in the areas of performance management, career and succession planning, leadership development, aligning people strategies to market realities and conducting development and assessment centers. In addition to specialists in fields of soft skills, he is also certified as CH (Certified Hypnotist), CHT (Certified Hypnotherapist) and CI (Certified Instructor) from The Indonesian Board of Hypnotherapy (IBH).
