Dedi Wiyanto

Hello, I'm Dedi, a civil engineer with a background in both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering with a focus on Infrastructure Management. I've been working as an independent consultant for the past 11 years, providing my expertise to a variety of government institutions and companies. I have a passion for planning and monitoring public infrastructure, particularly in the transportation sector, and public policy. Throughout my career, I've worked as a freelance consultant for a number of firms, where I've contributed my knowledge of infrastructure to institutions such as the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning, and the Ministry of Investment/Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board. I've held positions ranging from assistant to team leader, and I've utilized a range of approaches including spatial analysis, project financing through various schemes such as KPBU (PPP), and implementing best practices in accordance with relevant regulations. From June 2019 to August 2020, I served as the Section Head of Service Planning Department at PT Transportasi Jakarta (TransJakarta) where I oversaw internal studies for route planning, modification, and closure decisions through a transportation and spatial approach.
