Hi, I’m Christovel, but you can call me Chris or Ito. I have extensive experience in managing governmental assets as state property analyst at the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, specifically within the Directorate General of State Assets Management. My primary responsibilities include processing approvals for the management of state-owned assets, which encompass leases, use, lend-use, and grants. I also implement the approval process for the write-off of state assets, including buildings, structures, and movable properties like vehicles. Additionally, I have experience as auctioneer with conducting various types of auctions, including execution auctions, mandatory non-execution auctions, and voluntary auctions. In this capacity, I assist financial institutions and banks in reducing their non-performing loans (NPLs), facilitate the expedited write-off of state assets from ministries/agencies/local governments, and manage the auctioning of private goods. Given my background, I have a strong interest in public asset management, the application of AI in asset management, climate change mitigation and adaptation as they relate to public assets, and urbanism.
