Hi! I'm Bintang Febrian, a graduate of Young Leaders for Indonesia Wave 15. I am feeling very grateful for being one of the alumni from YLI Wave 15. Here, I got a lot of priceless experience and insight from meet, working closely with, teaming up, and learning from amazing people such as high-achieving students across Indonesia, inspiring expert figures, C-level executives, etc. YLI has provided me with many insight on how to lead myself, team, and change. Additionally, I had the chance to work together to address a real case at a well-known company partner. Here at IMF, I want to share how I prepared myself and my strategy for the YLI selection process.
