A well-rounded Recruiter, Trainer, and Business Acquisition Professional with 20+ years of experience rounding from Local Corporation and Multinational Corporation as well as an entrepreneur. Most of my Career lies between Recruitment, Sales, and People Development and currently running privately owned Recruitment Firm in Jakarta. I have had spent my time in Coaching, Advising and Nurturing (mostly) the younger generations and helping them to reach their career goals as well as developing life and work values. I'm very enjoying this role as i dont have such privellages in my early career and i beleive the future generations is deserves to have an even better career then mine. Aside my current work activities , i'm also act as an advisor to a Campus Based Management consulting, called 180-degree from the IPB University, and did this on Probono basis.
