Hi, I’m Ayu. As a Senior Proposal Engineer at Innomotics, I work closely with sales teams and cross-functional teams to develop customized technical solutions that meet customer needs, focusing on Automation, Drive, and Motor products. I also develop cost estimates and provide technical support for pricing strategies to find the most optimized project value. I have over 9 years of experience in Project Planning and Management, gained from previous roles at Siemens Healthineers. I am passionate about advancing my skills and knowledge in engineering management, and I am proud to be an awardee of the LPDP Scholarship to pursue a Master of Science in Advanced Engineering Management at the University of Birmingham, starting in September 2023. My dissertation focuses on sustainability and circular economy for wind turbine blades. Beyond academic and work, I love traveling and connecting with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, and I am committed to making a positive impact on society and the environment.
