Aulia Amanda Santoso

As a design researcher, Manda facilitates the thinking process with her team and dialogues with people to co-create insights and strategies, alongside the meticulous process of observing people's behavior in her research. In her process, she likes to experiment creating toolkits, frameworks and co-creation sessions to untangle complexities in the messy innovation works. Previously Manda gained her experiences in community-based organizations, business school and local design studios in Bandung. Now she works at Sixty Two, a design and innovation consultancy in South East Asia, where she enjoys the intersections between design, research, and strategy.
