I am a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in various roles and industries, ranging from finance and HR to sales and marketing. As the Department Head GA CSR at Indonesia Construction Company, I lead the development and implementation of CSR programs and policies that align with the company's vision and values, as well as the management of internal and external communications, media relations, and events. I have a passion for creating positive social and environmental impact through my work, and I have successfully executed CSR and branding strategies that have enhanced the company's reputation and stakeholder engagement. I have also leveraged my extensive experience in finance and HR to optimize the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes for the readymix and precast units.
