Andini Dwi Khairunnisa Daulay

Andini Dwi Khairunnisa Daulay is a dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional at the Institute for Development Impact (I4DI), specializing in bilateral development projects on Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Geography from Universitas Indonesia in January 2023. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in a one-semester exchange program at the University of São Paulo, where she studied engineering, broadening her academic horizons. In her current role, Andini has worked on development projects for the US Agency for International Development (USAID ACTIVE) in South and Southeast Sulawesi Province. Her interests include regional development, tourism, disaster management, and environmental sustainability through innovative GIS applications. Her efforts have been recognized with grants from government and philanthropic organizations, leading to presentations at three international conferences and publications in esteemed scientific journals. She has proven strengths in research and development (R&D), GIS analysis, project management, and problem-solving. As a career and educational advancement mentor, Andini is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge and experience. She values collaboration and is open to learning from her colleagues.
